1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Lightrays provides a 1 year limited warranty to the original purchaser of any LR Builders Series light fitting.

Lightrays guarantees that each fitting is free from defects in workmanship and materials under conditions of normal use.

In the event of any reasonable defect, Lightrays agrees to make good by repair, or at our sole discretion, replacement of any item deemed defective. We may charge for the cost of shipping in the case of replacement fittings or parts.

Lightrays liability is strictly limited under the terms of this warranty to the repair of or, at our discretion, the replacement of the defective item. The period of warranty is not extended by such repair/replacement and is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase in the form of a purchase receipt may be required for the servicing of warranty.

No warranty is provided for any damage resulting from transportation, installation, owner servicing, accident, abuse, fire, alteration of the product, any act of God, or failure to read and/or abide by any product warnings.

Incidental damage arising from the installation and/or use, incorrectly or otherwise, of any light fitting or LED power pack is not covered by warranty and Lightrays and its distributors accept no liability.
